Only 2 more days and then I'm off to Vietnam!! I'm so ridiculously excited I can't stand it. It's so hard to think about work right now, when all I can think about is what I should pack and where we should go. But I still have 3 classes and kumon lessons tonight, so must concentrate!
We still don't have anything concrete planned for Vietnam, but it looks like we're going to go north to Sapa, where there are secluded tribal villages, to do some mountain trekking and see how tribal people live. It'll be cold up there, so along with my beach wear I have to bring winter clothes:( But it sounds like it'll be worth it. I've seen amazing pictures. We're also heading to Halong Bay for a boat tour. There are some amazing rock formations to see there, and delicious seafood to eat:) Our last stop will be a four day stay on a beach, maybe Phu Quoq Island, which sounds like an unspoiled tropical paradise, with $3/hour massages, delicious food and beautiful scenery. Maybe a little shopping in Ho Chi Minh City, and our trip will be complete!
Anyways, I'll be back in January, hopefully with amazing photos and fun stories to share, so I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and New Year!!
